How to Get Involved
Casa Montessori School thrives because of our engaged and connected community of parents in partnership with the school. Here are some of the ways you can get involved:
Montessori Parent Info Nights & Community Events
Parent Info Nights are opportunities for parents to learn more specifically about the Montessori curriculum while campus community events are informational sessions on various relevant parenting topics across all levels.
Parents Club
Once you become a Casa parent, you are automatically part of our “Parents Club.” Led by parent volunteers, the Parents Club hosts an informational meeting at the beginning of every school year where you can learn more about this wonderful program and participate as much or as little as you are able.
The Parents Club strives to support Casa Montessori by creating opportunities to connect the community, and to raise funds to enhance the Casa experience. The Auction and other Parents Club fundraising events provide vital financial support to the school. With the funds earned from these events, teachers can attend supplementary training, replace significant classroom materials and equipment, and support cherished school functions.
The Parent Club sponsors events like our Family Picnic and program-specific socials.
Ambassador Program
Coordinated by the Parents Club, the Ambassador Program at Casa connects brand new families to veteran families at the start of each school year. The Ambassador Program offers you a friend and familiar face to bring you into the fold and introduce you to the rest of the Casa family!
Volunteer
There are many opportunities to volunteer throughout the school year. The school, teachers, and Parents Club will solicit volunteers at the beginning of the year for various opportunities such as participation in a special cultural event, program social event, classroom event, cooking, or driving students on a Going Out.
