The Georgia Tax Credit Scholarship Program allows you to defer a portion of your state income tax to support financial aid at a private school of your choice and receive a dollar for dollar tax credit as well as reduce your federal AMT liability.

Sound confusing?  It's not! 

Simply apply through Casa Montessori's student scholarship organization, Apogee, by visiting www.Apogee123.org and designate Casa Montessori as your recipient.

On January 1st, Apogee submits applications to the Georgia Department of Revenue for approval. 

Within 4 weeks, you receive approval and your designated amount is earmarked for your tax credit. 

Within 60 days of approval, you fulfill your contribution to Casa through Apogee and then receive your contribution statement in the mail for use in preparing your taxes for the following year.

During the one year participation cycle, you fully recoup your contribution and most importantly, help more students be a part of our Casa family!
